• Your private car will pick you up at your hotel/accommodation or the location you choose within Seoul City downtown.
• Please write the hotel address or where you want to be picked up from in the pickup address box.
• If you want to be dropped off somewhere else in Seoul city other than your hotel/accommodation, please write down the location in the Special Request box. 

Overtime Fees & Payment

• Duration: The standard tour duration is 10 hours (Includes hotel pick-up & drop-off time)
• Extra Fee: If the tour exceeds 10 hours for any reason, an extra fee of ₩ 30,000 (KRW) per hour will be charged.
• Payment Method: Additional overtime fees must be paid in CASH ONLY directly to the driver or tour guide on-site.

Booking & Itinerary Policies

• Vehicle Capacity: Please double-check the number of passengers and luggage to ensure you select the appropriate car type.
• Custom Itinerary: If you choose the CUSTOM ITINERARY, you MUST provide your Pick-up/Drop-off location and the List of places you wish to visit in the "SPECIAL REQUEST" box during checkout.
• Service Area: An additional fee will be charged if your pick-up or drop-off point is located outside of the Seoul City area.
• Schedule Changes: The itinerary is subject to change depending on traffic and weather conditions on the day of the tour.

• 100% refund: 5 business days (by 5 pm KST) before the selected date
• 50% refund: 3 business days (by 4 pm KST) before the selected date
  (e.g: if your selected date is Tuesday, contact us by Thursday)
• No refund: After 4 pm KST 3 business days before the selected date or No show.

*To request a reschedule, please contact us 3 business days (by 5pm KST) before the selected date. 

What is NOT included

• Admission Fees: Entrance tickets to palaces, museums, or attractions (e.g., Nami Island, Garden of Morning Calm, Petite France, etc.)
• Meals and Drinks: All food and beverage expenses.
• Out-of-Seoul Surcharge: Any pickup, drop-off, or destinations located outside of the Seoul City area.
