• QR Code Validity: The eSIM QR code must be scanned within 180 days from the date of purchase. The code becomes invalid and cannot be scanned after this period.
• No Refund Policy: Refunds are strictly unavailable once the eSIM QR code has been issued and sent via email.
• Data Speed: Unlimited data is provided at a consistent high speed of 20Mbps.
• Voice & SMS Restrictions: Incoming/outgoing voice calls and SMS text messages are not supported for this specific service.
• Device Locking: Once an eSIM is registered, it cannot be transferred or changed to another device. If the eSIM is accidentally deleted from the device, it cannot be restored, regardless of the remaining validity period.
• Technical Support: In case of technical issues, participants should contact SKT customer service immediately. Manual deletion of the eSIM is considered user negligence and does not qualify for a refund or a replacement QR code.
